莉莉香肉夾饃創辦人是土生土長台中人，癡迷北方傳統飲食工藝，耗費多年鑽研正宗潼關千層酥餅手法。
另一半來自重慶奉節川東滷味世家，祖傳百年臘汁配方，秘制香辣油一手打造。
把陝西經典麵食工法，融合重慶古法滷香，堅持不做台式甜口醬料，每一塊餅每日手工現擀，還原最道地的北方老味道。
