"戽斗"是蘇澳籍漁船主發36號船長的綽號，本店的魚丸原料-鬼頭刀，就是由船長親自外海捕獲，再交由戽斗嫂製作魚丸，新鮮度在南方澳無人能敵，更有多數的老饕拜倒於招牌包餡魚丸味下，而南方澳的魚丸滿街是，唯有戽斗魚丸的新鮮度及口感經得起考驗。

本店魚丸決不添加防腐劑、硼砂、漂白劑等有害添
加物，購買後請冷凍存放。
