Kitchen 71的開始是為了要紀念在英國唸書時和一群來自不同地方的室友一起相處的那段時光。我們時常在廚房煮東西、聊天、分享當天的心情，任何人都歡迎來我們的廚房一起吃喝玩樂。

雖然現在大家都在不同的地方，但當時的心情在我們多年見面時還是不變。希望可以一直下去! 也希望在不久的將來，我們會找到好的地點來用好吃的食物一起和大家分享!
