馬蔥乃馬祖島上野生小蔥，色澤翠綠，
外形細且短，春季雨 過天晴後最易生長，具有特殊 濃烈香 醇，我們稱之為馬蔥。 兒時因家境貧困，媽媽時常用馬蔥和于麵餅中，其美味至今記憶猶存，累積多年經營蔥餅經驗， 傳承古早、道地、跳脫一般蔥油餅的油膩，調制特殊蔥香，外酥內軟且Q、香氣四溢故命名馬蔥餅。
