各位客官好，本店職人栗田勝先生來自神奈川県茅ヶ崎市（灌籃高手那個地方）
２０１１到２０１３年在名古屋知名鯛魚燒店＂籾屋＂工作，並且在那學習了鐵板烤鯛魚燒的技術
２０１３年尾一個人到了台灣開始了他的大冒險
我們家的鯛魚燒，內餡跟外皮是維持一個平衡點，不會讓你甜到想喝水，大人小孩都能輕鬆入口
如果覺得太甜，可能是老闆的愛加了太多了，我們會道歉
