Wilson's Kitchen An English Tea Room and cake shop in Taichung. Wilson's English Afternoon Tea is no more, but rising from the Ashes comes Wilson's Kitchen.

A series of Pop up stores to begin with, selling a different take on street foods. East meets West fusion is the idea, so keep a look out for what Wilson's is upto. Previously:

Tomorrow's Bao should look a little something like this. It's 6 hour slow cooked pork shoulder, with Coleslaw and special BBQ sauce, in a unique Bao, all handmade by Mr Wilson.
I will also be doing a sweet bao for all you dessert lovers...
(If it actually stops raining!)

我們短暫的挾持了一家店。大約是到周日晚上五點店主人就會發現不對勁。好天氣 好地方 能不幹嗎？糧食僅剩剉冰 咖啡 跟蛋糕 還有帕梅善花椰菜濃湯呃……我知道聽起來有點噁 但是喝過之後 往後一個月僅靠這個存活我都覺得很幸福
