我們是兩位來自香港的朋友，在高雄藍帶學習法式料理時相遇。那時的我們，第一次踏上台灣這片土地，就被這裡的溫柔人情與自然節奏深深吸引。離開學校後，我們沒有選擇回家，而是在台中，開啟了屬於我們的第一間餐廳——悠。

「悠」不只是一間餐廳，是一種我們嚮往的生活方式。
在這裡，法式的基礎訓練遇上港式的味道，揉進義式的風味與台灣的溫度。
我們煮的不只是菜，是一份想留下來的理由。
