Moritz起源於1856年，由釀酒師Louis Moritz釀產於充滿文藝氣息的海港城-巴塞隆納，開創了當地的第一個啤酒品牌，並曾於1930s創造了西班牙全國銷售紀錄，更於1950s奪得年度最佳啤酒獎項，再度刷新銷售歷史，歷年來堅持採用最高品質SAAZ啤酒花與當地MONTSENY山脈礦泉水，賦與啤酒香氣奔放、口感綿密、尾韻甘甜…等特色，也因此在歐美與亞洲國家都擁有許多Moritz啤酒的忠實愛好者。
