「相放拌」源自於台語「相放伴」。早期農忙時左鄰右舍互相幫忙意思。每年七夕時，母親就會開始拌油飯準備祭拜床母。從此「拌油飯」成為從小到大的回憶。同時也在辛勤的農忙後，來碗熱騰騰的油飯吧！
