Resilient City is if the city faces to the Nature Hurt and uses the efficient way to handle the situations.
「容積獎勵」「Regulations of Reward for Urban Renewal」 means the Awarding for Developers on Green Construction and Public Faculities.
And it will be named on City Renewal Planning.
The main purposes are the oldest constructions,environment management and construct the public faculities.
Comments on the Rewarding is for City Renewal,Unsafety Structures,Friendship Environment and Charity Improvement.

It’s located on the Central East Section.
The building is all white and the triangle designs on the roof.
Fifth-angle is the shape on it.
It has two exhibition halls,which is the mail hall for art exhibition and the other one is for speech.
