「台中府儒考棚」是清朝時期用來舉行科舉的古蹟改建，無竟美術在其中舉行了許多優秀的藝術展覽，我們也很榮幸受邀在5/23參與這麼特別的酒展。

我們的琴酒製作其實都一直當作是每一件藝術品在打造，所以我們常常稱呼我們的酒為「作品」，與藝術的結合也是我們一直在尋求的目標。

自由，從一開始，就是釀酒師最用心的一瓶琴酒。
它誕生於一段被限制的時期——承載著一個很單純的念頭：
即使被困在家裡，也應該擁有一點被釋放的可能。

2023 年，它帶回了一面銀牌。
但我們沒有停下來。

我們把「自由」留下，重新製作，並再次送入橡木桶中熟成一年。
在時間之中，來回調整、反覆試驗，讓酒體、木質與香氣慢慢找到平衡。

最終，只誕生了 168 瓶——
一款幾近訂製、極度限量的作品。

今年，它再次獲得銀牌。
我們不知道評審是否偏好這樣的風格——
這種介於琴酒與高訂之間的語言。

但我們知道，它已經完成了它該成為的樣子。

而現在，只剩下 49 瓶。
幸運的是，我們這次不會調漲價格嘍😆

English（Narrative Enhanced Version）：
Freedom was, from the very beginning, the most carefully crafted gin by the distiller.
It was born in a time of restriction—carrying a simple idea:
even when confined at home, there should still be a sense of release.

In 2023, it received a Silver medal.
But we didn’t stop there.

We chose to hold it back—reworking it, and returning it to oak for another year of aging.
Through time, and through many rounds of adjustment, the spirit, wood, and aroma were gradually brought into balance.

In the end, only 168 bottles were created—
a near bespoke, highly limited release.

This year, it was awarded Silver once again.
We don’t know if the judges favor this style—
this expression that sits somewhere between gin and haute creation.

But we know it has become exactly what it was meant to be.

And now, only 49 bottles remain.
Fortunately, we won’t be raising the price this time😆

🌊香水師海君琴酒🌊57% Abv.
前面選用來自法國西岸的生蠔殼，帶來細緻礦物鹹感，馬祖昆布延展深層旨味，台灣扁魚乾添入微煙燻與熟成海氣，構築穩定而流動的海洋基底。中段以三峽碧螺春綠茶串聯，釋放清新嫩葉與淡雅花香，帶出微甜與柔和草本氣息，使整體風味更加立體平衡。尾韻由芍藥的輕盈花香、砂仁的溫潤辛香與情人果的青酸果氣交織，收斂出清透且富有張力的結構，留下細緻而悠長的餘韻。

The opening selection features oyster shells from the French west coast, delivering refined mineral salinity, complemented by kombu from Matsu for layered umami, and Taiwanese dried flatfish adding a gentle cured smokiness—together forming a fluid yet structured marine base. At the heart, Biluochun green tea from Sanxia bridges the composition with fresh leafiness and soft floral nuances, bringing subtle sweetness and green clarity to enhance balance and depth. The finish unfolds with peony’s delicate florals, the warm spice of amomum, and the bright acidity of green mango, creating a lifted, tension-driven structure. The result is a clean yet expressive profile with a long, elegant finish.

🌲以《世界冠軍香水師藻琴酒 Perfumer’s Gin Varec》的香氣哲學為靈感，採用 同批有機小綠藻萃取物，經半年以上自然熟化，與 英國杜松子、法國檸檬馬鞭草、海草、雪松、橡苔與香草精油緩慢交織調製，呈現海洋與森木的細膩層次。

蠟體採用 非基改大豆蠟純手工融合，不含石化蠟與劣質基劑，香氣乾淨柔和，層次清晰而不刺鼻，適合長時間點燃與空間沉浸。

深吸一口，就像走進北歐的松樹林：
空氣裡有 遠方海風與薄霧、苔蘚與杉木的溫柔氣息；小木屋中爐火緩緩燃燒，木材帶著溫暖回響，令人感到安心、沉靜與包覆。

125g 全程純手工製作，季節限量發行。

🌲Inspired by the scent philosophy of Perfumer’s Gin Varec, winner of the World Gin Awards, this candle is crafted using the same batch of organic microalgae extract, matured naturally for over six months, then blended with juniper berries from England, French lemon verbena, seaweed, cedarwood, oakmoss, and vanilla essential oils to create a refined marine-wood accord.

The wax base is pure, non-GMO soy wax, hand-poured and free from petrochemical waxes or inferior additives. Its fragrance is clean, gentle, and beautifully layered, suitable for long hours of burning and spatial immersion.

A single breath feels like walking into a Nordic pine forest:
the air carries sea breeze, mist, moss, and warm wood tones. In a secluded cabin, a quiet fireplace burns, releasing the soft scent of glowing timber—comforting, grounding, and deeply enveloping.
