什麼是紅茶菌?
紅茶菌起初在大約2000年前在亞洲北部被視為了一種健康聖品,在美國現在紅茶菌被廣泛飲用,也作為替代汽泡水的最佳選擇。
紅茶菌是一種純天然的發酵營養茶,它擁有強大的營養素及排除體內毒素的效果,喝起來口感有點氣泡的感覺,它的主要功能是幫助消化,也包含了多種強化身體免疫系統的維他命及礦物質。
紅茶菌適合任何人飲用,特別素食者體內較缺乏維他命B者飲用更為適合。
紅茶菌的成分和作法是什麼?
紅茶菌主要的成份是茶和糖。
我們先把茶和糖加入酵母和益生菌混在一起培養,然後酵母和細菌的培養會代謝茶和糖產生營養豐富,協助整體健康的獨特紅茶菌。

What is Kombucha? Kombucha is an effervescent fermented probiotic tea with powerful nutritional and detoxifying benefits.
