甜味之間 「回歸手藝年代的心與技」，每一份美味，都是我們對食物的心與堅持。

甜味之間，源自於法文直譯 Sucre Intertidale，指的是「糖」的「潮間帶」。藉由自然界的現象，想表達的是漲潮與退潮之間，存在著每個人感到幸福的甜味座標。如同潮汐般在不同的海平面上，總有著一塊隱而不顯的陸地，在那存在著讓你感到幸福的「正甜滋味」。
