【環記格格 說說話】 環記麻油雞營業至今已有60年的歷史了，從以前的圓環移置到現在的寧夏夜市，感謝各老主顧的支持，環記所採用的麻油是信成麻油，這是老牌子，品質掛保證，所選用的雞是半土雞，肉質比較結實，不會像一般的肉雞肉質軟爛，而且雞本身也比較健康，這就是店家本身的堅持。
