於1983年創立至今，已有32年之久。是由樸實又實在與親民的老奶奶(老老闆)、老闆與老闆娘所創立的小家庭料理。雖然本店沒有亮麗的裝潢，漂亮的店面，但我們所秉持著，真材實料，決對不添加任何化學藥物及合成食材。就由基本的油蔥頭說起，是由著老闆娘的雙手一顆顆的切片，一片片紮紮實實高溫油炸而成。而本店成立至年我們採用的油，是我們自已用豬皮現炸而成的豬油，來烹煮一道道美味佳餚。所以請您給我們一個機會讓我們帶領您進入一個看似平價又平民卻是用心而健康的料理圈吧。
