在公館賣加熱滷味近20年，台大學生口耳相傳的好滋味。 2001年8月1日開始由公務人員凌小姐退休後創立，迄今已經16年了，在今年7月為了許多因畢業而想念成記滷味的朋友，開始了冷滷味的宅配，以解懷念的好滋味。
