蘆洲30年古早味切仔麵 (前大樹下小吃)，使用本地黑豬肉，手切自炸美味油蔥酥，連豬油都是黑豬的，還有特製辣醬，因為老闆嘴很挑，外加很怕豬腥味，所以對食材很講究，成本高薄利多銷的小店，歡迎大家來品嚐
