1992年創立至今，招牌紅燒牛肉麵、紅油抄手、酸辣湯及自製涼拌小菜 曾在美軍俱樂部(A.C.C)工作的蔡老闆，22年前決定開店經營，熱心又風趣的他，只要一有空就會親自招呼客人。本店招牌是紅燒牛肉麵、紅油抄手以及一旦吃過便難忘的酸辣湯，老闆用心烹調只為了看到顧客滿意的笑容，歡迎舊雨新知蒞臨。
