你能一眼分辨出牛至和胡椒薄荷的小時候嗎？🌱💚

牛至和胡椒薄荷都屬於唇形科植物，在還是小小幼苗（baby）的時候，真的長得非常像！👶🌿

仔細觀察才會發現，它們最大的差別藏在葉尖的小細節，因此照顧育苗時總要特別小心，才不會一不留神就「抱錯小孩」了。😊

雖然外表相似，長大後卻各自展現獨特的個性與香氣～～

🌿 牛至（Oregano）
有著溫暖、濃郁且充滿生命力的草本香氣，是植物界中備受喜愛的香草之一。牛至精油富含「香芹酚」，常被用於居家淨化、季節轉換時的日常保養，也能帶來安定與力量，讓人感受到滿滿的守護感。

🌿 胡椒薄荷（Peppermint）
清新涼爽的薄荷香氣，總能讓人精神一振。胡椒薄荷精油的「薄荷醇/薄荷酮」
，能幫助我們提振精神、集中注意力，也能為現在悶熱的夏天帶來舒爽清新的感受，是許多人隨身必備的精油之一。

🌱 Can you tell oregano and peppermint apart when they’re just babies? 💚

Oregano and peppermint both belong to the mint family (Lamiaceae). When they’re still tiny seedlings, they look almost identical! 👶🌿

If you look closely, you’ll notice that the biggest difference is hidden in the tiny shape of their leaf tips. That’s why we have to be extra careful when caring for these little plants—otherwise, we might accidentally “mix up the babies”! 😊

Although they look alike at first, they each grow into plants with their own unique aroma.

🌿 Oregano
Oregano has a warm, rich, and vibrant herbal aroma. Its essential oil is naturally high in carvacrol, making it a popular choice for home cleansing and seasonal wellness support. It also brings a comforting sense of strength, warmth, and protection.

🌿 Peppermint
Peppermint is loved for its fresh, cooling aroma that instantly refreshes the senses. Rich in menthol and menthone, peppermint essential oil helps promote alertness and focus while providing a wonderfully cooling sensation—especially welcome during the hot summer months. It’s an everyday favorite for many essential oil lovers.

這幾天台灣大雨不斷，但今天早上，一場早已約好的香草植物對話，在短暫停雨空檔中如期的展開。

大家親手種下牛至與胡椒薄荷，認識植物從土地到香氣的旅程，了解精油蒸餾的過程，並親手製作植物香膏。活動中，大家也一起享用了農場準備的康福茶，今天特別加入了甜馬鬱蘭，連孩子們也特別喜歡。

其中一位參訪者是來自國立臺東大學的老師，他分享，來台東農場走走是一件很棒的事，因為植物能激發學生們的創作靈感。

這讓我們感到很開心，也更加相信，農場不只是種植植物的地方，更是一個讓人與自然相遇、與彼此建立深厚連結的所在。

These past few days, Taiwan has been experiencing continuous heavy rain. But this morning, a long-planned gathering with herbs unfolded right on schedule during a brief pause in the rain.

Together, we planted oregano and peppermint, exploring the journey of plants from the soil to their fragrant essence. Everyone also learned about the process of essential oil distillation and made their own herbal balm by hand. During the event, we enjoyed the farm’s homemade comfort tea, specially blended today with sweet marjoram — a flavor that even the children loved.

One of our visitors, a professor from National Taitung University, shared that spending time at the Taitung farm was truly wonderful, as plants can inspire students’ creativity and literary imagination.

Hearing this made us happy and reminded us that a farm is not just a place to grow plants, but also a space where people can reconnect with nature and build meaningful connections with one another.

🌿 農場最近忙些什麼呢？
除了日常的田間管理與植物照護之外，因為最近又迎來了花開季節，農場主人也很興奮，正在進行這些台灣品種的玉蘭花、梔子花、緬梔花（又稱雞蛋花）、桂花的精油生產實驗中喔～～

究竟哪一種花香能成功被收藏進精油瓶中呢？

🌿 What Has Been Keeping Us Busy at the Farm Lately?

In addition to our daily farm work and caring for the plants, we’re especially excited because the flowering season has arrived once again!

The farm owner is currently conducting essential oil distillation experiments with several beautiful Taiwanese flowers, including Magnolia, Gardenia, Frangipani (also known as TempleTree), and Osmanthus.

Which of these enchanting floral scents will successfully be captured and preserved in a bottle of essential oil?

今天的台東農場，有點不一樣🌿

台東農場不僅僅是精油、純露與植栽了！

最近，我們多了一項新的體驗活動——
透過手作植物，療癒自己，也留下當下的心情。

親手挑選農場裡的植物，
完成一張獨一無二的植物日誌。

這不只是一件手作品，
也是一段對自己的傾聽、與自己的對話，
或是一份送給重要之人的祝福。

當植物、文字與氣味，
一同被收進紙張之中，
那一刻的感受與體驗，
也被保存了下來。

Something a little different at the Taitung Farm today 🌿
The Taitung Farm is no longer just about essential oils, hydrosols, and plants!
Recently, we’ve added a brand-new experiential activity —
Healing yourself through handcrafted botanicals, and capturing the mood of the moment.
Hand-pick plants from the farm,
and create a one-of-a-kind botanical journal page.
This isn’t just a handmade piece —
it’s a moment of listening to yourself, a conversation with your inner self,
or a heartfelt blessing for someone you hold dear.
When plants, words, and scent
are brought together onto paper,
the feelings and experiences of that very moment
are preserved forever.

目前狀態：單身
活動範圍：台東農場自由漫步
興趣：曬太陽、覓食、優雅走台步
農場主人決定幫牠徵友啦！

回顧和各位夥伴在粉絲專頁的互動及回饋，
讓我們更加感恩與 的緣分，並堅定我們和 攜手前行的步伐，
也持續實踐為香草在台東在地紮根的初衷。

除了持續精進精油與純露的植物種植與製程技術，
農場主人也正嘗試將香草植物與台東在地紅烏龍融合，
讓香氣與茶韻緩緩交織，
醞釀出更多屬於 #台東農場 的風味飲品與療癒香氛。

Reflecting on our interactions and feedback with all of you on our fan page, we feel deeply grateful for our connection with , and even more committed to moving forward hand in hand with .
We also remain dedicated to our original intention—rooting herbal cultivation locally in Taitung.

In addition to continuously refining our techniques in cultivating aromatic plants and producing essential oils and hydrosols,
the farm owner is now exploring the fusion of herbs with Taitung’s local Red Oolong tea.
Through this, the aroma of herbs and the rich tea notes gently intertwine,
brewing unique beverages and healing fragrances that belong to .

《總監之旅-農場主一號李博士》​

🏝️台灣，是一座豐富而多樣的生態庫，​
而台東，收藏著山海之間的植物風景🌳​

🧑‍🎓李博士，一位因為認同Gary理念的農業專家，一次自告奮勇的因緣際會下，與Gary和悠樂芳結下了不解之緣。​

就讀日本國立富山醫科大學，和漢藥研究所做產品開發的李博士，擁有超過30年對藥草的研究，花費一輩子時間建立並完成台灣的藥草種原庫。李博士也於2000年獲得第24屆國家十大傑出農業專家獎🥇​

🍀今年九月，我們將一起跟著李博士和Gary的軌跡，一同踏上兩人攜手實現的原料供應農場。在這裡，我們可以親眼見證Seed To Seal®種子到密封的過程。​

🌿【來自山林的養分・台東農場的有機土】🌿
今天想和大家分享—— 台東農場所使用的有機培養土，
源自於台東山區，
與 。

這片山，孕育了紅檜的沉穩香氣，
也滋養著土地最原始而純粹的能量。

農場主人親自將山中的土壤帶回後，
再加入含有氮（N）、磷（P）、鉀（K）、鈣(Ca)等有機養分的原料(如蔬果皮/菜葉、豆渣、魚粉、魚鉑)，
讓有機土壤不斷更好，
讓台東農場的精油，從土地開始蘊釀 🌿

🌿 Nourishment from the Mountains · Organic Soil of Taitung Farm 🌿

Today we would like to share a small but meaningful part of our farm—
the organic soil used at Taitung Farm.

This soil comes from the mountains of Taitung,
the same forest where Hong Kuai essential oil (Chamaecyparis formosensis) originates.

These mountains nurture the deep and grounding aroma of Hong Kuai,
while also sustaining the land with its most natural and pristine energy.

After bringing the mountain soil back to the farm,
the farm owner carefully enriches it with organic nutrients containing
nitrogen(N) , phosphorus (P), potassium (K), and calcium (Ca).

These nutrients come from natural materials such as
vegetable and fruit peels, leafy greens, soybean pulp, fish meal, and fish bone meal.

Through this ecological cycle, the soil continues to grow richer and more alive—
From mountain soil to aromatic essence,
the journey of Taitung Farm’s essential oils begins with the earth itself. 🌿
