年糕產品都是用純米脫乾而製作的，一般俗稱粿粹，老一輩傳承的手法，不管製作上或者時間上都很漫長。相比速成的方便，是絕對吃不到的味道唷！
餛飩外皮包裹現做的紅糖年糕，油炸或是氣炸加熱後外脆內香甜軟糯一直是難以抗拒的經典美食。
內餡年糕不但吃得到米香味，熱吃軟Q不軟爛～放涼口感彈牙也很好吃，每種口味都是一種特色！
