Uncle D‘s Kitchen Denis 來自關島，曾在希爾頓Roy’s餐廳擔任Sous chef ，同時是潛水教練/刺青師/浪人。從2022年夏天在貢寮海邊擺攤開始，在跑了一個冬天的市集後，2023年夏天正式落腳頭城開設餐廳🤙

我們終於完成這場浩大的搬家工程啦！📦✨

說實話，離開真心熱愛的大溪，心裡還是滿滿的不捨。當初為了小孩上學方便租下那裡，沒想到卻成了我們婚後第一個真正有「家」的感覺的地方。走路五分鐘就能擁抱大海、背後還有迷人的翠綠山林；更棒的是極度友善的鄰居和超好的治安，簡直是完美的「小孩放養天堂」呀！🥰

幸運的是，離開前剛好遇到同樣有著關島背景的好友在找房子，順利把她們介紹給了房東。看著我們深愛的空間能交給認識的人接手照顧，那份安心和開心，真的難以言喻。💕

總而言之～狠狠店休了 11 天的我們，終於宣告回歸啦！🎉

從今天 3/13 起，全面恢復正常營業！

題外話，昨天天氣實在太好了，闆娘我不過是去看了一天小孩的樂樂棒球賽，居然就嚴重烤焦大曬傷！🥵 看來夏天真的不遠了呢！🏄‍♀️☀️

Hey Toucheng friends! 👋
We finally survived the massive moving project! 📦✨

To be honest, leaving Daxi brought up a lot of mixed feelings. We originally rented that place just to be closer to the kids’ school, but it ended up being the first place since we got married that truly felt like “home.” Being a five-minute walk from the beach, having beautiful mountains right in our backyard, plus super friendly neighbors and a safe community where the kids could just run wild—it was absolutely perfect. 🥰

Right before we moved, the stars aligned and we found out a friend (who also has a Guam background!) was house-hunting. We happily introduced her to our landlord. Seeing a space we loved so much go into the hands of someone we know and trust... honestly, it warms my heart so much. 💕

Anyway... after a solid 11-day break, WE ARE BACK! 🎉

Starting today, March 13th, we are officially open for business!
