阿茂麵攤其實早在三、四十年前在頭城當地相當有名的古早味麵攤，當時老老闆都在頭城火車站地帶擺攤，由於屬臨時攤位，有時擺攤位置都不固定，但是忠實的老客戶們總是有辦法找出「阿茂」的麵攤，想必這令人懷念的味道，對現今年約三十的當地老饕們來說，更是無法忘懷，無人不曉!
