1. Reservations up to 6 people require a deposit of NT$700 per person.
6位以上（含6位）預訂，需事先支付每位NT$700元的訂金，予以保留訂位。

In order to prepare and ensure the freshness of meals, a pre-order deposit is required.
為了確保食材的新鮮度及提供最美味的餐點口感，指定預約的餐點請先支付訂金。
3. Reservations can be canceled online up to 24 hours in advance, deposits will be fully refunded to your credit card.
取消預約並退還訂金：請於預訂用餐時間24小時前在線取消預訂，訂金將全額退還至您的信用卡中。 若於預訂時間內24小時取消，訂金將不予退回。
4. On some special holidays, a booking deposit is required.
如遇特殊節日預訂，請先支付訂金。
5. Your deposit will be fully deducted from the meal bill.
若有預先支付訂金，將從訂金直接抵銷當日消費。
6. All reservations on national holidays must make NT$700/person non-refundable deposit, reservation will not be confirmed without the deposit, for more details please read the related rules below.
凡於國定假日訂位之客人皆須預付$700/位的訂金，無先預付訂金之客人將不會保留訂位。相關訂位取消事項請參考下方說明。
7. If you wish to change dining time, number of diners or pre-order dishes, you can place a new reservation after canceling the old one (no later than 24 hours before the original booking time). If the new reservation is placed less than 24 hours before the original booking time, you will still need to pay the deposit, even if you have not dined. Cancellations and refunds cannot be made less than 24 hours prior to booking time.
更改用餐日前、時間、人數或需要預訂當日限定餐點：如需更改用餐時間、用餐人數或需要預訂餐點，請先取消原本的預約；並重新申請預訂。若新預訂的時間比原始預訂的時間不到24小時，即使您沒有用餐，您仍然需要支付押金。取消或變更，請勿晚於原始預訂時間的24小時；於預訂時間內24小時取消，訂金將不予退回。

3. The reservation is held for 10min.
預訂座位時間，現場保留10分鐘。
4. All credit cards are accepted including AMEX
現場可接受刷卡消費，也可以使用AMEX信用卡。
5. Child safety seats are not provided
餐廳沒有提供兒童安全座椅。
6. For special occasions without booking the entire or half the venue, each dining reservation is allowed to bring ONE balloon per group, any additional decorations or settings, there will be a NT$2,000 cleaning fee charge. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
每組客人僅限攜帶一個氣球 (包場客人不包括在內) 。超過一個氣球的任何空間布置與裝飾，餐廳會酌收 $2000 新台幣的空間布置費，請消費者悉知謝謝配合。
7. Corkage fee - $500 wine, $1000 spirits
若有自帶酒水，現場一律酌收每瓶NT$500 葡萄酒 $1000 烈酒 開瓶費。
8. Vice Versa does not provide free water, bottled still or sparkling water is available for purchase upon request. Vice Verse 不提供免費的水，如有需要請跟服務生購買礦泉水或氣泡水。
