It was a natural next step to take our shared vision for an artisanal brewery to fruition, and share our dream with all of you.

Founded in 2023 by Joe Merrell and Tyler Rubin, the idea for what Flow Brewing would finally become was shaped through years of sitting around small tables and sharing hundreds of beers made by ourselves, our friends, and some of the best breweries in Taiwan and the world. Through endless conversations and debates about not only the technical aspects of brewing, but also the philosophies behind them, we developed a deep understanding of each other as brewers and as drinkers. Great friends making great beer in a great place. We couldn't imagine anything we'd rather do!

心流釀造的創辦人 Joe Merrell 與 Tyler Rubin 是一起品飲啤酒多年的好友，不僅喝遍千百款全球和臺灣數一數二釀酒廠的作品，也品嘗自己和朋友釀製的啤酒。兩人時常坐在桌前，不斷探討釀造的技術層面，思辨技術背後的哲學，過程中不僅更加認識彼此對於釀造及品飲的理想，心流釀造的理念也逐漸成形，終於在 2023 年正式成立。Joe Merrell 與 Tyler Rubin 帶著這份理念啟程，實現打造匠人釀酒廠的共同願景，並將這個夢想分享給所有人。好朋友在好地方一起釀好酒，喝好酒，這樣就夠了！

這個星期六，Flow Taproom 的專屬拉格終於要正式和大家見面了！經過兩年多來無數個美好時光，也遇見了更多超棒的人，我們很驕傲地向大家介紹 Flow 的常態主力拉格——Beach Beer！

Beach Beer 以歐洲麥芽與德國拉格酵母為核心，保留經典歐式拉格的風格，同時加入更現代、更清爽的呈現方式。酒體爽脆、清新又超級順口，但依然保有一般大量生產拉格中少見的豐富層次。適合帶去海邊，也適合出現在你所到的任何地方。

This Saturday, we're ready to launch our Flow Brewing Taproom lager to everyone! After more than two years of amazing times with even more amazing people, we are proud to present our flagship lager, Beach Beer, to the world!

Centered around European malt and German lager yeast, Beach Beer has classic European lager vibes with an updated refreshing twist. It's crisp and crushable, while keeping a degree of complexity that most mass-produced lagers lack. Perfect for the beach, and anywhere else you happen to find yourself.

一直以來都有不少酒友希望 Flow 推出酒精濃度低一點的啤酒。我們覺得現在正是最適合的時機，帶來一款全新作品跟大家分享！

我們花了很多時間反覆調整，希望在只有 5.5% ABV ，依然保留我們喜愛的飽滿風味與絕佳平衡。

這個週末就來喝喝看我們的最新作品——漣漪！

We spent a lot of time crafting a beer that has the same big flavor and balance that we love, but in a 5.5% abv package.

在 Flow，我們一直都是以風味為優先。

這次的 Strawberry Cheesecake，我們其實可以選擇使用果汁，讓酒體看起來更清澈；但我們決定使用高品質果泥，因為它能帶來更有層次的風味深度。

我們也盡可能減少過濾，讓大家能完整感受到我們想分享的飽滿風味。這款啤酒沒有添加穩定劑，也沒有加入任何額外色素。

因此，你會在這款啤酒中看到一些沉澱物，這是完全正常的現象。如果你想體驗最完整的風味，我們建議在飲用前輕輕滾動罐身。若你是想拍照，我們建議先讓啤酒靜置幾天，倒酒時再慢慢倒出，並把最後一點留在罐中。

At Flow, we've always been flavor first.

With Strawberry Cheesecake, we could have used juice for higher clarity but decided to use high quality puree for the excellent depth of flavor it provided.

We also kept filtering to a minimum so you can experience the full depth of flavor we wanted to share with everyone. There are no stabilizers or any extra colors added to the beer.

As a result, you'll see some sediment in this beer that is totally normal. If you want the full flavor experience, we recommend you lightly roll the can before serving. If you want to grab the beer for photos, we recommend you let the beer sit for a few days and then pour the beer out slowly leaving the last bit in the can!

這次活動也會推出一款全新的客製薄脆披薩！準備迎接 Maui Wowwie：鳳梨、培根，還有糖漬墨西哥辣椒。

Our friend Chris at Pizza Bear will be coming down for a special cookie popup at 3pm. We'll have:

Snickerdoodle: cinnamon sugar
Midnight: chocolate cookie with white chocolate chips

We'll also be releasing a new custom thin crust pizza for the event! Get ready for Maui Wowwie with: pineapple, bacon, and candied jalapeno peppers.

上次的快閃活動大受好評，所以這個週末，我們再次邀請他們回來，和我們的 Deep Chill 新酒發表派對一起提供美食！

The last pop-up event was a massive hit, so we're having them back this weekend to serve food alongside our beer release party for Deep Chill!

Deep Chill uses a new lager yeast designed to accentuate the fruity thiols that our southern hemisphere hops contain. It's explosively tropical and dank while also being light, crisp, and refreshing.
