It was a natural next step to take our shared vision for an artisanal brewery to fruition, and share our dream with all of you.

Founded in 2023 by Joe Merrell and Tyler Rubin, the idea for what Flow Brewing would finally become was shaped through years of sitting around small tables and sharing hundreds of beers made by ourselves, our friends, and some of the best breweries in Taiwan and the world. Through endless conversations and debates about not only the technical aspects of brewing, but also the philosophies behind th

em, we developed a deep understanding of each other as brewers and as drinkers. Great friends making great beer in a great place. We couldn't imagine anything we'd rather do!

心流釀造的創辦人 Joe Merrell 與 Tyler Rubin 是一起品飲啤酒多年的好友，不僅喝遍千百款全球和臺灣數一數二釀酒廠的作品，也品嘗自己和朋友釀製的啤酒。兩人時常坐在桌前，不斷探討釀造的技術層面，思辨技術背後的哲學，過程中不僅更加認識彼此對於釀造及品飲的理想，心流釀造的理念也逐漸成形，終於在 2023 年正式成立。Joe Merrell 與 Tyler Rubin 帶著這份理念啟程，實現打造匠人釀酒廠的共同願景，並將這個夢想分享給所有人。好朋友在好地方一起釀好酒，喝好酒，這樣就夠了！

這款啤酒是以Ben 和 Tyler當初一起釀造的第一款自釀啤酒命名的，同時也是我們與 Heisha Brewing 的首次聯名合作！本週六將在 Flow Taproom 正式推出！

這次聯名結合了一款以 Peacharine、Rakau、Chinook 與 Nelson Sauvin 啤酒花為主的混濁 IPA 酒體，並加入三種不同的Brettanomyces混hazy ipa酵母發酵，帶來果香與微妙野性風味的絕佳平衡，我們真的很期待與大家分享！

Named after Ben and Tyler's first homebrew beer they made together, our first collaboration beer with Heisha Brewing is launching THIS SATURDAY at Flow Taproom!

This collab blends a hazy ipa body focusing on Peacharine, Rakau, Chinook, and Nelson Sauvin hops with three different strains of Brettanomyces yeast along with hazy ipa yeast. This beer brings a great combo of fruity and funky that we can't wait to share with you!

這個週末，我們也將推出兩款全新的10%帝國司陶特，來自我們與 Black Drongo Brewing Co. 烏鶖啤酒最新的合作釀造！

這兩款酒是我們與Black Drongo首次合作酒款的延伸，延續了當時的風格，並聚焦在幾種我們最喜歡、能與巧克力與深色啤酒完美搭配的風味原料。

This weekend, we'll also be releasing TWO new 10% imperial stouts from our latest collaboration with Black Drongo Brewing!

An extension of our first collaboration beer we did with Black Drongo, these two beers both focus on some of our favorite ingredients that pair with both chocolate and dark beer.

Our friends at Freestyle Hops created a special blend to showcase the flavors that New Zealand terroir can impart, so we dry hopped a velvety-smooth hazy DIPA with it until the aroma was absolutely explosive!

我們一週年推出的有終早在一年多前就已經售完。不過，我們其實悄悄地留下最後一桶，一直慢慢熟成，等著一個特別的時刻開桶，而我們覺得這個週末的活動就是最完美的時機！

這個星期六歡迎來店裡，一邊品嚐這款經過長時間熟成、風味逐漸變化的有終，一邊試試我們全新推出的 Hazy IPA！

因為這是最後一桶有終，也將會是最後一次能喝到這款特別啤酒的機會！ 🍻

Our 1 year anniversary keg, Omega, has been sold out for over a year. However, we've been semi-secretly aging 1 final keg for a special occasion, and we think the event this weekend will be perfect time to tap it!

Come down and see how this beer has slowly developed over time alongside our brand new hazy release this Saturday! This is the last keg, so it's also the last time to try this special beer!

安娜是一款為了慶祝 Flow Brewing 團隊最新成員誕生而推出的啤酒。今年，我們的共同創辦人迎來了他的第一個女兒，我們也想把這份喜悅和大家一起分享。安娜使用了幾款她爸爸最喜歡的啤酒花（等她長大之後，再讓她自己挑選喜歡的），搭配大家熟悉來自 Flow Brewing Hazy系列的順口又平衡的口感。

Anna is a beer that celebrates the newest member of the Flow Brewing team. Our cofounder welcomed in his first daughter this year, and we wanted to share a bit of our happiness with you. Anna uses a selection of some of her dad's favorite hops (we'll let her pick her own once she's old enough) alongside the smooth and balanced mouthfeel you've come to expect from a Flow Brewing hazy.

Join us this coming Saturday (03/14) starting at 3pm at Flow Taproom for the launch party!

紅霞是我們去年最受歡迎的酒款之一。在大家熱烈敲碗之下，我們推出了全新升級版本。

歡迎本週六下午 3 點起到 Flow Taproom 參加發售活動。又見紅霞也將於二月初起在合作夥伴店家陸續上市，剛好讓大家在農曆新年聚會時，來一杯夠紅、夠猛的 Red Double IPA！

Sunset was one of our biggest hits of last year. Due to popular demand, we're releasing an updated version that we think is better than ever!

Come see us this Saturday starting at 3pm at Flow Taproom for the release event. Endless Sunset will be releasing at our partner locations beginning in early February. Just in time to grab a red double IPA for your Chinese New Year events!

感謝大家讓我們的二週年紀念啤酒 Dive 成為目前銷售速度最快的啤酒之一！

目前 Flow Taproom 還有不少生啤可以喝，但我們店內的罐裝啤酒只剩下最後一罐了。各地的合作酒吧與店家那邊可能還有少量罐裝與桶裝在流通中。如果你還想喝到，請盡快致電你附近的酒吧詢問。

Flow Taproom目前生啤還有 Dive、Solace、Swell 正在供應，也歡迎過來跟我們一起喝一下！

下一款罐裝新酒將在過年年前推出，敬請期待，也再次感謝大家一路以來的支持！

Thank you to everyone for making our second anniversary beer, Dive, one of our fastest selling beers yet!

We still have plenty of draft left at Flow Taproom, but we're down to just one can left at our shop. There are still a few cans and kegs floating around at our local partner shops around the island, so please call in to your local bar quickly if you're still interested.

We also still have Dive, Solace, and Swell pouring on the draft system at Flow Taproom, so come on down and have a pint with us.

Our next can release will be launching before Chinese New Year. Stay tuned and thanks again to everyone for the support!
