Robotics for Africa Robotics for africa is a startup currently incubated at Nlab Tanzania , which on increasing agricultural efficiency by increasing automation in farming .

Robotics for Africa startup plan to introduce robotics system in farms which will be comprised of a drone and a ground robot ( caterpillar ). The drone will be conducting remote sensing in which the farm condition will be analyzed fast and with efficiency thus plant diseases will be identified early .it will also give more information about the soil fertility and moisture of specific portion

of lands in which it will enable the farmers to apply fertilizers or water according to how the area needs it . On the other hand the ground robot will be executing function which may be hard for a drone to do as considering planting seed and collection of soil samples
