TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT
We are always using the term management in different areas example farm management health management, security management, education management, pond management,human resources management and so forth. We must focus also in management of technology for the current era. When thinking about business idea and business management must be associated with management of technology that run the business. This some times known as business secret, the prinsiple state the secret must remain secret and good technology are always hidden as business secret .
Despite of being aware with different professionals, it come the difference on how people behave, what they expose, who is the spokes person, what should not be tought, the communication channel and relation on work,what programmes are effective to be sure that employees abide the policy. This applies in many organization and may be attached with job training, job specialization and departmentalization or centralization.
However in some environment, majority are not aware on how to respect their knowlege or education and frequently tend to say every things thinking that they become famous and being recognized to posses supperrior skills while killing their opportunities and business on hands. Dear stop shouting what you have, kip the secret will pay you enough. My concern is in our field of aquaculture technology
Aquaculture industry have a lot of processes and operation that need skills and experience. Take example of production system for pond, cage, raceways and RAS, the waste metabolite management, dissolved oxygen management, water chemistry maintainance, biosecurity planis totaly specific for each case. Be wise and semi-conservative for your potentials.
