Justin is an expert of making our most popular bread "Sourdough"!

Charles is sweetie expert such as Cinnamon roll!

None of them had an experience to make a bread nor to work at food industry before. But with their strong passion we could make it till today and even get some fans!😍👏🥖

Sometimes it was hard to learn to them I guess,
but they could achieve it and we are so proud of that!

Thank you all of our beautiful customers for supporting us all the time!!

To All Our Valued Customers and Friends,

It is with great sadness that we announce the closing of JOY BAKERY in 11th June. We want to thank all of our wonderful guests and employees for supporting us over these past years(our first bake was back to Aug in 2019).

What began as a small delivery bakery in hiding place grew into a place that had welcomed hundreds of thousands of customers and employed local people.We are extremely humbled that so many embraced our bakery and that we were able to succeed as long as we had. And we could not have done it without all of you.

We would like to offer our sincerest thanks and deepest gratitude for all of your support over the years.

Till 11th June, we will continue to bake as always! We all are looking forward to seeing you at the shop.

Our signature menu, Sourdough bread🧑‍🍳🥖

We use our own natural yeast, prepare it the day before and bake in limited quantities every day. Everyday sourdough breads come out from the oven 12pm afternoon.

We are very honoured that we sell out sourdough breads almost everyday. We are very sorry for the inconvenience, but if you like it, we would appreciate it if you could place your order with WhatsApp the day before.

We can also provide slices if required.
Sliced sourdough bread can be enjoyed in many different ways, depending on your own arrangements! I like to spread cream cheese on it😋
