How do we make our sourdough bread at .bakery.zanzibar ?
Well... We can sum it in one word : wait ! 😅
Indeed we prepare the dough around 7 pm and we wait the whoooole night that our sourdough make the job 👨🏿‍🍳🌌
In the early morning we can finally shape it and cook it 🥖🌅
After it's ready we go for delivery 🚗🏁

I'm happy to introduce you our dear Suleiman !
We can always count on this man, and this is so pleasant 👨🏾‍🍳
He is loyal, respectful and always agree to help 🫶🏼
Amazing and hard worker, as say the expression : a man good to marry but stoop he is already married with three adorable children 🌞
In addition of being a baker he has his farm where he produce fruits 🥭🍍🥑 and he always brings some for us 🤩
An idea : if he sows wheat he would became a farmer baker🌽🥖👨🏾‍🌾
