Christmas cupcake with dried fruits and tangerine
Ingredients:
- Butter - 150 g.
- Sugar - 125 g.
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- Flour - 125 g.
- Baking powder - 1 tsp.
- Mandarins - 2 pcs.
- Dried fruits - 150 g.
- Orange liqueur-2 tbsp. spoons
- Butter - 20 g.
- Powdered sugar.
- Egg white - 1 pc.
- Lemon peel
Preparation:
1. Peel the tangerines and divide them into slices. Wash and dry dried fruits, soak in liquor for half an hour.
2. Soften the butter at room temperature, add sugar and beat with a mixer. Add one egg at a time to the mixture and mix.
3. Put a piece of butter and a little sugar in a pan, fry the mandarin slices on both sides. Add the mixture of dried fruits in liqueur to the pan and simmer until the alcohol has completely evaporated.
4. Leave the dried fruits and tangerines to cool and add them to the dough.
5. Grease the cake pan with butter and sprinkle with flour. Put the dough in the form.
6. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Sprinkle powder on top and decorate.
