Cranberry and its beneficial properties
It's name of the plant from the cowberry family and its fruits.
Cranberries are eaten both fresh and frozen, soaked or dried, juices, fruit drinks, jellies, jams, jelly, cocktails and cranberry kvass are made from it. Also, cranberries can be added to salads, pies and other dishes.
Eating cranberries improves appetite and digestion, increase production of gastric juice and pancreatic juice. It's helps to a cure from gastritis with low acidity of gastric juice, also it helps to cure from inflammation of the pancreas. Cranberries also have a diuretic and bactericidal effect and are useful for pyelonephritis.
Cranberries have tan ability to protect the urogenital system from infections. This plant contains proanthocyanidin components that prevent the proliferation of bacteria in the cells of the genitourinary system. Many antioxidants are cointaines in cranberries. And a lot of anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory properties you can also find in this berries.
