Salad with pineapple and chicken

Ingredients:
- chicken meat - 200 g;
- canned pineapples - 150 g;
- canned corn - 100 g;
- cheese - 50 g;
- eggs - 2 pcs.;
- mayonnaise

Preparation:
1. Boil meat and eggs hard, they should be cold when cooking. Drain the water from the cans with pineapples and corn. Grate cheese and eggs. Products should be placed separately.
2. Put the salad in layers on a plate and cover with a mayonnaise net. The first layer is meat, the second is pineapple, the third is corn, the fourth is proteins, the fifth is egg yolks, and at the end is cheese without watering with mayonnaise. Put the plate in the refrigerator to soak the dish.

Juicy chicken cutlets

Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 500 g;
- onion - 2 pcs.;
- butter - 40 g;
- white bread - 100 g;
- milk - 200 ml;
- breadcrumbs - 100 g;
- eggs - 1 pc.;
- vegetable oil;
- salt, pepper, spices.

Preparation:
1. Chop the onion, fry in butter until golden.
2. Pour milk over a crumb of white bread and leave for 5 minutes.
3. Pass the chicken fillet, onion and bread through a meat grinder. Put the minced meat in a bowl, add egg, salt, pepper, spices, mix, beat and leave for 30 minutes.
4. Form meatballs from the minced meat, roll them in breadcrumbs, put them on a hot pan.
5. Fry on both sides for 2-3 minutes, then cover with a lid, reduce the heat and bring the dish to readiness.

Pancakes with cheese without flour

Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 5th century l. starch
- 2 st. l. oil
- sugar, salt to taste
- 500 ml of milk
For the cheese filling
- 500 g of cheese (If the cheese is dry, you can add 3-4 tablespoons of sour cream.)
- sugar to taste
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar

Preparation:
1. Beat the eggs with sugar, salt, and starch.
2. Add milk, mix well so that there are no lumps, add oil, mix and leave for 5 minutes. I advise you to constantly stir the dough, as the starch can settle to the bottom.
3. This is a recipe for flatbreads, and you can use different fillings. I have pancakes with cheese.
4. Take 500 g of cheese. If the cheese is dry, you can add 3-4 tablespoons of sour cream.
5. Add sugar to taste, as well as one bag of vanilla sugar. Stir.
6. Beat the cheese mixture with a blender, grind well to a homogeneous mass. Your cheese filling for flourless pancakes is ready!

Meringue

Ingredients:
- 3 eggs (one week fresh)
- 180 g of powdered sugar
- 1.50 tsp. lemon juice

Preparation:
1. Separate the whites from the yolks immediately after taking the eggs out of the refrigerator, as carefully as possible. If even a little yolk gets into the protein mass, it will not curdle.
2. Beat proteins in a clean, dry bowl without even a drop of water or fat. Before whipping, whites should stand at room temperature for 20-30 minutes. Thanks to this, the meringue base will be more airy.
3. Gradually add powdered sugar and continue beating until thick foam is obtained.
4. Add lemon juice at the end so that the mass does not lose its volume. "The taste and appearance of the classic meringue will help to diversify vanillin, cinnamon, food extracts or flavors (only those that do not contain alcohol), food colors, cocoa, coconut shavings"
5. Put the finished mass in a cooking bag. You can get by with an ordinary spoon, but the dessert will not be as beautiful.
6. Preheat the oven to 80-100°C, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and form a meringue on it. "Baking meringue is possible in a microwave oven or slow cooker"
7. Put the baking sheet in the oven at the middle level for 1-1.5 hours. The smaller the meringues are, the faster they will be ready. No need to open the oven during cooking. Due to the temperature difference, the dessert may crack.
8. After cooking, turn off the oven, open the door slightly and leave the meringue inside until it cools completely for several hours. The finished meringue should easily separate from the parchment.
