Lemon cake with icing
Ingredients:
Flour - 120 g.
Butter (softened) - 120 g.
Sugar - 100-120 g.
Egg - 2 pcs.
Lemon - 1 pc.
Baking powder - 7 g.
Preparation:
1. Mix softened butter with sugar. Add one egg at a time. Then add flour.
2. Mix everything thoroughly, and then add the zest and juice of half a lemon (or the juice of a whole lemon). Add baking powder, mix thoroughly.
3. Cover the baking form with paper. Spread the dough, flatten.
4. Bake in an oven heated to 190 ° C until golden for about 20 minutes. However, the baking time depends on the oven.
5. Cool the cake a little, carefully remove it from the mold.
6. Prepare the glaze for the pie. Beat lemon juice (4 tablespoons) and powdered sugar (150 g) to a white viscous mass, pour it over the cake.
