Ingredients:
Flour - 120 g.
Butter (softened) - 120 g.
Sugar - 100-120 g.
Egg - 2 pcs.
Lemon - 1 pc.
Baking powder - 7 g.

Preparation:
1. Mix softened butter with sugar. Add one egg at a time. Then add flour.

Ingredients:
Beef on the bone - 500 g.
Potatoes - 400 g.
Carrot - 1 pc.
Eggs - 5 pcs.
Sorrel - 150 g.
Dill greens - 1 bunch
Parsley greens - 1 bunch
Green garlic - 1 bunch
Green onion - 3 pcs.
Bay leaf - 1 pc.
Salt to taste
Water - 3 l.

Preparation:
1. Pour 3 liters into a pan. of water, lower the meat, bring to a boil, remove the scum. Boil the broth for about 1.5 hours. Remove the finished meat from the broth.
2. Cut the peeled potatoes into cubes. Add the potatoes to the pot with the broth and cook until tender. Add salt to taste.
3. Cut the carrot and onion into small cubes. Chop the greens. Chop the sorrel.
4. Separate the cooked meat from the bones and cut into pieces.
5. Boil the eggs in advance (10 minutes), cut into circles.
6. Place the meat, carrots, and onions in the pot. Cover with a lid and cook for 30 minutes.
Add sorrel, bay leaf, greens, and eggs to the pot. Cover with a lid. We turn off the fire, let it stand for 5 minutes.

Ingredients:
Warm water - 1.5 glasses.
Sugar - 1 tsp.
New yeast - 25 grams (or dry - 1 tablespoon)
Salt - 1 tsp.
Sunflower oil - 6 tbsp. l.
Flour - 4 cups
Sausages - 16 pieces
To lubricate the surface:
Egg yolk - 1 pc.
Milk - 1 tbsp.
Sunflower oil - 3-4 drops

Preparation:
1. Pour warm water into a deep bowl, add yeast and mix well.
2. Add salt, pour oil, gradually add flour, mix with a whisk and knead the dough.
3. Grease the bowl with oil and put the dough. Cover with cling film and let the dough rise.
4. Divide into two parts and download. Cut into 8 parts and roll into balls.
5. Roll each ball into a bundle and wind it on a sausage.

Tomato paste - 1 tbsp
Oil - 35 ml (about 2 tablespoons)
Ground sweet paprika - 0.5 tsp
Salt, pepper - to taste

Preparation:
1. Boil beans for 30-40 minutes in 500 ml of water. Chop the onion and garlic, fry for 2-3 minutes in a pan. Cut the chicken into pieces, put in a pan. Fry for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Cut the tomato into cubes, add to the meat and vegetables. Add spices, salt, and then beans. Season with tomato paste at the end. Mix all the ingredients, simmer over low heat for 5-6 minutes until ready.
