Hard-boiled eggs need to be boiled for 7 minutes, and if you want a very hard yolk, then boil for 9 minutes. Many people argue about how to properly boil eggs and calculate the time. It turns out that everything is simple - you need to do it from the moment the water boils.

At the same time, not everyone knows about a recipe that will help prepare a budget and tasty dish so that everyone will be delighted with it.

HOW TO COOK RESTAURANT QUALITY SPAGHETTI
LIST OF NECESSARY PRODUCTS
a standard small pack of spaghetti (no more than three hundred grams);
250 g of squid fillet;
one and a half cups of cream with average fat content;
bulb;
about fifty grams of butter;
two cloves of garlic;
salt, a mixture of herbs and spices.

COOKING PROCESS
This dish is very easy to prepare, so even a novice cook can handle the recipe. First of all, cook the pasta according to all the rules - put it in boiling salted water with a small amount of olive oil.
We look for the recommended cooking time and reduce it by two minutes.
In a separate pan, melt the butter and fry the onion and garlic. We send the cream. As soon as the mass begins to boil, it will be possible to enter the squid with salt and spices.
Seafood will be ready in five minutes. At this moment, we introduce spaghetti and start mixing our pasta.
If desired, serve the dish with a "cap" of grated parmesan for greater sophistication.
