Pineapple, Turmeric, Carrot & Lemon Immune Boost Juice recipe ππ₯πβ¨
Ingredients:
π 2 cups fresh pineapple (peeled & chopped)
π₯ 3 large carrots (peeled & chopped)
πΏ 1-inch fresh turmeric root (or Β½ tsp turmeric powder)
π 1 lemon (peeled & deseeded)
π₯ 1-2 inches fresh ginger (optional, for extra kick)
π§ Β½ cup water (if needed for blending)
π― 1 tsp honey or a pinch of black pepper (optional, enhances turmeric absorption)
Instructions:
1οΈβ£ Prep the Ingredients:
Wash all the ingredients thoroughly. π§Ό
Peel the lemon π & remove seeds.
Chop the pineapple π and carrots π₯ into small pieces.
2οΈβ£ Juicing Method:
With a Juicer: Feed all ingredients through the juicer & collect the juice. π₯€
With a Blender: Blend all ingredients with a little water until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth.
