Happy Mothers Day to all you wonderful mothers!
We grew up with a mom that never bought beef @ the grocery or butcher shop...........she walked outside and got it out of the freezer. My dad always set a steer aside for the family and boy she could cook!!!
In honor of this lifestyle we will have 40 lb black pot bundles next week which will include ground meat, roast and various cuts suitable for low slow black pot cooking. 1/4, half or whole steers....with or without steaks. We are @ peak of winter forages so if you know grassfed beef......now is the time to be filling your freezer! We are very dry so not sure what to expect going forward? Supply may be compromised?
If you will be needing beef in the next few mos please get your name on whatever you will be needing now. We can delay payment and transfer of beef to accommodate your needs. They are fat now but unless the rains start the transition to spring forages will be rough on those @ or near finish so we may have a production gap?

Good day for branding.....before the snow starts!! These are some steers from our new bulls that showed up 3 yrs ago! Quality is a slow and steady process we never take our eye off the ball! We are anxious to see how these finish but we are still about a yr away from trying them.
