We just got off a big boat from Honduras and Mexico!
With that being said I just trimmed my first brisket and will be smoking one for the first time tomorrow. Y’all not getting a video of that because I don’t need judgement my first go round 😂 Final picture will be up tomorrow if everything goes smooth. If y’all don’t hear from me then mind ya business! 😅
Side note: I will be making my final batches of pepper jelly for this season so order yours before they are all gone.
