Introducing Sam Hess, Executive Chef at Wolves Dining! 👨‍🍳🐺

Sam joined the Wolves Dining team this fall and brings culinary experience from around the country, including fine dining in New Orleans and resorts in the Bahamas and Idaho. His favorite foods to cook include southern classics like gumbo, BBQ, seafood, and grits. 🌎🍽️

What does he love most about college dining? Creating a welcoming space where students can gather, enjoy great food, and feel at home while they're away from home. ❤️

Meet Carlos Santiago, Grill Cook at The Wolves Den! 👨‍🍳🐺

Carlos joined the Wolves Dining team this fall and brings years of culinary experience to campus. Whether he's working the grill or serving students throughout the day, his favorite part of the job is seeing students enjoy their meals. 🍔✨

Carlos's favorite food to cook or eat is pizza 🍕 and outside of work, he's also a farmer!

Say hey to Danny Townsend, Senior Supervisor at The Wolves Den! 👨‍🍳🐺

For more than 20 years, Danny has been serving the Aberdeen community through food, and for the last two years, he's been helping make dining at NSU a great experience for students.

A taco enthusiast at heart 🌮 Danny's favorite part of the job is providing students with a little piece of home while they're away at school. His coworkers know him as fun, energetic, and always ready to lend a hand.
