Hello, family and friends. ❤️
As many of you know, my daddy, Frank, became very ill on July 18th. On July 20th, my mom rushed him to the Del Rio border, where they immediately called an ambulance. He was taken to Val Verde Hospital, where doctors discovered that he had suffered a mild heart attack.
From there, he was transferred to Christus Santa Rosa Hospital for specialized care. He was extremely weak, and his blood pressure was dangerously low. After further testing, we learned that two of his arteries were 90% blocked. About seven years ago, he had stents placed in those same arteries, but this time the blockage was too severe. After carefully evaluating his condition, the doctors determined that open-heart surgery was his best chance.
On July 28th, my daddy underwent open-heart surgery. By the grace of God, the surgery went well. 🙏🏼❤️
If you know my daddy, you know he’s the most handsome, funniest man ever and has the biggest heart. He’s anxious to get back home to all of their beloved fur babies—especially his best buddy, Poochie, along with Panda, Oliver, and their 20 rescued cats that he loves so dearly. 🐾❤️
