🦬🦬Public Service Announcement 🦬🦬

We get two questions very frequently at the Abilene Farmers Market that need some clarification.

ONE: Where do you buy your meat?
We RAISE all of our animals on our property, literally in our “backyard.”
It’s a Farmers Market - not a Grocery Store.

TWO: Do you process your meat yourselves?
**** NO !!!!!!
We load our LIVE & HEALTHY animals into a cattle trailer, drive 2 1/2 hours, and deliver them to our USDA Certified Processor - All Hale Meats - in Wolfforth, Texas. The USDA Inspector is physically on site and oversees when the animals are humanely killed and their carcasses are inspected. The meat is then custom cut, vacuum sealed, and frozen at the processor’s facility. The meat remains solidly frozen until the customer purchases it.
This is not a Grocery Store product.
