I'm done...I'm just sooo done with this rain and mud!

I'll be switching my Goats out for whatever the hell this thing is.

Atleast it won't scream at me from the barn door or jump on my gates to fling mud (I hope) in my face.

This is a first for me....5 babies...2 mamas...born at the same time while I was at work. I know who daddy is once I know who mama is 🤣🤣🤣

They are kid sharing and I will pull hair for DNA on the doelings.

Check on your farm friends. We are not okay. 4 foot snow drifts. Knocking snow off roofs. Lugging warm water to the barns. Extra hay. Make paths for the animals. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat.

Why does my Nigerian Dwarf have Pygmy coloring?!?!?! 🤣 Both parents are some form of Chocolate. I've seen a random black roan pop up in my herd from a different line but this is straight up a "Silver Buckskin" as my best guess. His dam has moonspots so it could be a very strategically placed moonspot. His 3 sisters all have the standard dark chocolate moonspots.

Sugar Moon BL Cherry Bomb kidded this evening with quads sired by Moon Station SS G-Unit. 3 does and 1 bucking. This is probably my most cherished breeding of this season. Cherry is 12 years old this year and she will be retired now. Her udder looks phenomenal and she might even make it to a few early shows before Nationals. All 4 kids will be retained.

The buckling is quite a mystery. Can't wait to get some good pictures of him. (Not the baby pictured here)

This is some really good information for ruminant owners. If you can't feed 24/7 hay you can atleast see when the most ideal dinner time is.
