I have a glaring reminder that even though we love them, you should never drop your guard around them. This is courtesy of Hagrid: our 2 year old American guinea hog boar. He got startled with me moving brush off the fence and charged. Not his fault at all and luckily I had thick work pants on.

Viola decided to have her babies, probably around midnight if I had to guess. 8 babies total, no still born and all are doing great! I think we may lose the runt though.
Both of the sows are serviced by the same boar: Hagrid. We tried something new in letting him interact with his kids this go around and so far he is an excellent dad.
