There’s something special about chasing a dream.

For us, it means 7 days a week. No days off. Early mornings, late nights, endless planning, problem solving, and finding ways to make everything come together. It means creating delicious food, crafting specialty lattes, building a team, and creating an environment that feels like family.

What many people don’t see are the long hours behind the scenes, the stress, the sacrifices, and the determination it takes to keep moving forward. Every recipe, every latte, every plate that leaves our kitchen carries a piece of that passion with it. You can taste it in every bite and every sip.

This isn’t just what we do, it’s who we are.

A special recognition to Sarah Rossetti, who isn’t pictured here but plays an enormous role behind the scenes. She is constantly working to fit all the pieces together, taking on more than most people realize, and helping make this dream possible every single day.

As another summer season comes to a close, we want to thank every employee who worked alongside us, every customer who walked through our doors, and every person who supported us along the way. Your encouragement, loyalty, and belief in us mean more than words can express.
