I celebrated the life of my amazing mother today alongside my wonderful dad and loving brother. Why would I post this on our business page you may ask? Because we are all real people dealing with real life situations. We like to post all the fun parties we are blessed to serve at but the truth is I lost my best friend in July. I had the most amazing mom and I would have chosen her over and over. She was not perfect but she was the perfect mom for me!

Starting a business at 55 has definitely come with challenges, but one thing we know for sure is that we could never have done this without each other. We are partners, best friends, and a pretty strong team — and getting to take on this new adventure together has made it even more special.

What we have loved most is meeting so many amazing people, being part of your celebrations, and watching guests enjoy something we have worked so hard to create. Every event, every returning client, every referral, every kind word, and every person who has supported us has helped build Nosh Happens into what it is today.

And somehow, in just one year, this little business went from around 300 followers to more than 9,000! That still blows us away.

The hard work is paying off, our business continues to grow, and we are so grateful — especially for the clients who continue to invite us back to be part of their special moments.

To everyone who has followed us, booked us, shared our posts, referred us, encouraged us, or simply cheered us on… thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We are so proud of what we’ve built together, and we cannot wait to see where year two takes us.

We will be at Jeremy Winery in Lockeford Sunday Oct 4 from 12-4. We will have shareable boards for 2-3 people and mini one person plates. And don’t forget to get some Cannoli!

Pretty in pink for the sweetest Sweet 16. 💕✨
This beautiful celebration was filled with so many thoughtful details, all lovingly planned by the birthday girl’s wonderful parents.
We served personalized charcuterie cups, each one carefully curated and built to complement the gorgeous pink theme — because the little details really do make the biggest impact. 🧀🎀

We loved being a small part of such a special day and helping make cocktail hour just a little more beautiful.

A lot of people have been getting our company confused with West Oak Nosh in Downtown Lodi. We are not related to them. Sadly they just announced they will be closing their doors. We are so sad to see that restaurant go! But we felt it necessary to clarify that we are not the same company and we are still in business! What’s your favorite “nosh” on football Sunday? We are about to have some wings!
