In 2015 we rescued this sweet bay roan , Putney from NJ. We renamed her MeLady, she was in our lesson program for a few years . We gifted her to Horses for a Change.
MeLady has moved on once again to JL Performance Horses , Suitable to her sweet nature she has been renamed Candy.I was able to visit her today at a clinic . I believe this is her forever home ! She certainly is well loved and cared for ❤️

This season we invested in our hay fields to upgrade our hay quality. Patrick spent lots of hours mowing , fertilizing and mowing!! We are grateful to Harley Davis for the help with his equipment and my brother David for doing such a great job planting the hay seed mixture with the no til planter ! May today’s rains be the perfect Mother Nature part to make this project successful!
Camp #7!! What a great ending to the summer. Fun sharing all the aspects of horsemanship with this group. This group had lots of wonderful questions that triggered many good conversations about life with horses!!
Camp #6 !! Covered lots of ground in horsemanship! Wonderful group rides with lots of “aha”moments applying multiple rein aids and the results of deeper corners and better lines to fences ! Great job gals!

Had to replace some of the boards on the outdoor riding ring. We saved the memorial plates that our wonderful clients bought to sponsor the building of the original ring!!! Thank you always for the love and continual support.

Unicorn Dragon group desensitized horses today to more objects , practiced tying halters and hanging ropes . They all were nervous having 5 horses in the ring but ended the session with great confidence and were no longer worried as they knew they had more control of the horses feet!!
