Farmhouse Ale w/ NYS tart cherries and black currants; macerated in stainless for 2 months. 100% NYS ingredients. Bottle-conditioned for 6 months w/ maple syrup.

Malt-forward Lager brewed w/ 100% NY grain and hops. A Marzen-inspired recipe fermented slow and cool with our house lager yeast in stainless steel for 4 weeks.

We will be serving on draft and in cans for you to take us home with you!
