We would like to thank each of you for allowing us another year of being your processor.
I want to apologize to those that were not able to bring your deer, or bring it in the time frame you needed. We have tried to make sure each of you were able to bring it in at some point but I’m sure we were not able to accommodate everyone when they needed it. If any of you froze your meat we will process it for you. We wil not close until everyone has had the opportunity to bring in there deer for processing . We would like to finish most of what we have in house before we begin taking the frozen deer. I will let everyone know when we will start accepting those .
Also, I would like to remind everyone we will have all of our smoked sausage, summer sausage, and breakfast sausage ( in pork) available to purchase through out the summer.

As many of you know we have stopped taking deer at the moment. I assure you we are working as fast as we can in order to continue accepting deer. With that being said we are reaching out to you to ask for your help. We are asking everyone to pick up the order as quickly as possible when notified .

We have all seen an increase in prices, from our groceries, gas, electricity and everyday expenses. We had hoped to continue with the same prices we had last year but just like your expenses our supplies have also gone up. With that being said we do have a slight increase but we did keep it as minimal as possible. You can see the new pricing below .

EVERYONE please be sure and tag your deer before putting it in the cooler to be skinned ( zip tie and tags hanging out back) . Also there will be a clip board out back please put your name and number on sheet and call back the following business day with your order. We had a lot of deer get put in cooler last year with no cutting order just a tag with no phone number. We would like to make this easy as possible for everyone.

Any of the different types of sausages that we will be serving will also be available for purchase at Hollingsworth Deer Processing. We promise you will be in for a treat and if you have never had Mr. Hollingsworth’s meat, don’t sleep on this!!

We would like to thank all of our loyal customers for continuing to choose Hollingsworth Deer Process. We appreciate your business. Also a thank you to our new customers who decided to give us a try this year. We have had a very busy season and appreciate each one of you .

With that being said, if you have any meat that you have frozen please use this time to contact us or bring it in for processing. As this season is winding down we are changing our hours of operation for the next couple of weeks to Monday - Friday 7:30 - 5:00. We will no longer be open on Saturday and Sunday .

I also wanted to remind everyone that we will have all your favorite smoke sausage available in pork throughout the summer. We try to keep a large variety that can be purchased throughout the year or you can call and place an order when needed. During the summer months you will need to schedule a time to pickup since we are not open daily .

As of today at 10 a.m. we will not be able to accept anymore deer. We are very thankful that so many of you choose us for your deer processing. As soon as we are able to start again we will provide a date that you can bring your deer up here. If you choose, you can freeze your deer until we start accepting again. Again, thank you for choosing us and we are sorry for any inconvenience!

We are fixing to start making pork sausage once again . Whatever u want ten pound minimums on it all but if u would like any please let me know. In the comments tell me what u want and how many pounds with a contact number to reach u when its ready ur options are
Hawaiian/regular smoke/peppers and cheese / or regular patty sausage
All smoked sausage will be 3.75 a pound
Regular patty sausage will be 2.45 a pound

I have always been very satisfied with the service and the meats I have had processed here.
Just cooked out first baseman ch of tenderized deer steak!! Awesome job guys!! Very tender!! Also the bacon burger is great as well
