We would like to thank each of you for allowing us another year of being your processor.
After a very busy year we are winding down and getting ready to close shop.

‼️With that being said, if you have any frozen meat you need processed please make arrangements to drop off this week. ‼️

Beginning next week we will no longer be open on a daily basis.

As a reminder, we will have all of our smoked sausage, summer sausage, and breakfast sausage ( in pork) available to purchase through out the summer. If you would like to purchase any please call in advance so we can be available to meet you .

We would like to wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas.

If you have been notified that your order is ready for pickup we ask that they are picked up today by lunch. If you cannot pick up today by lunch please call to make arrangements.

We will be closed Christmas Day.

We will begin accepting deer Tuesday, December 26, with that being said, we do fill up fast so please call Tuesday morning to check on available space .

We need your help.

If/when you are notified your order is ready for pickup please make arrangements to pick up that day if possible .

We are currently maxed out on our storage space. When orders are not picked up that limits us on how much we can process. In order for us to continue to accept deer and process what we already have we depend on all of you to pick up completed orders in a timely manner.

As many of you know we have reached our limit and as of now we are not accepting any deer. We are working as quickly as possible in order to make room for more. We are unable to give a definite date as to when we will begin accepting deer due to many variables, one being when we begin accepting deer many times we reach our limit again within a few hours. We will try to keep this page updated.

We are asking that you call to check availability before coming.

I would like to share a few reminders .

1. If the back door is locked please do not climb over and unlock
2. If you are bringing a deer to the skinning shed please tag your deer and use the marker provided to write your name
3. When you are notified that your order is ready please pick up with in 24-48 hours without arrangements made there will be a 10$ late fee after the 48 hours.
4. When orders are not picked up in a timely manner it limits our space
5. The best time to check availability is every morning beginning at 8am.

Just a quick reminder.

Please be mindful of the limited freezer space we have. We are asking that all deer are picked up as quickly as possible after you are notified your order is ready. The best case scenario would be same day pickup, we know that will not always be possible, but we are asking for two day maximum. When you drop your deer off if you will not be able to pickup in that time frame when you are notified please let us know that in advance .

Attn Deer Hunters!
Frozen deer meat will freezer burn if left in freezer too long!
Hollingsworth Deer Processing is in the process of winding down from this past deer season.
Any meat to be processed needs to be brought in ASAP beginning Monday, April 10.

We would like to thank each of you for allowing us another year of being your processor.
I want to apologize to those that were not able to bring your deer, or bring it in the time frame you needed. We have tried to make sure each of you were able to bring it in at some point but I’m sure we were not able to accommodate everyone when they needed it. If any of you froze your meat we will process it for you. We wil not close until everyone has had the opportunity to bring in there deer for processing . We would like to finish most of what we have in house before we begin taking the frozen deer. I will let everyone know when we will start accepting those .
Also, I would like to remind everyone we will have all of our smoked sausage, summer sausage, and breakfast sausage ( in pork) available to purchase through out the summer.

As many of you know we have stopped taking deer at the moment. I assure you we are working as fast as we can in order to continue accepting deer. With that being said we are reaching out to you to ask for your help. We are asking everyone to pick up the order as quickly as possible when notified .

We have all seen an increase in prices, from our groceries, gas, electricity and everyday expenses. We had hoped to continue with the same prices we had last year but just like your expenses our supplies have also gone up. With that being said we do have a slight increase but we did keep it as minimal as possible. You can see the new pricing below .

EVERYONE please be sure and tag your deer before putting it in the cooler to be skinned ( zip tie and tags hanging out back) . Also there will be a clip board out back please put your name and number on sheet and call back the following business day with your order. We had a lot of deer get put in cooler last year with no cutting order just a tag with no phone number. We would like to make this easy as possible for everyone.
