We have great news!

Our poultry flocks are now officially certified and in the New Hampshire NPIP database!

What does this mean?

The NH Department of Agriculture has inspected our facility, including our incubators, brooders, coops and each bird. All of our birds have tested negative for Avian Influenza and Pullorum Typhoid.

You can purchase birds and eggs from us with the added confidence in knowing our facilities and techniques meet the standards set forth by the state’s veterinary professionals for sanitation, proper husbandry and disease control.

Thanks again Good Shepherd Conservancy for the wonderful eggs. These little NH Reds are the foundation for our flock of dual purpose homestead birds, soon to be offered to the community up here in the namesake state!

There is nothing like farm fresh eggs. You can tell by the taste and color that you are eating something far more nutritious than commercially available eggs! 🍳

Our eggs are not graded or sized, but the distance from farm to food shelf is less than 5 miles and you can meet your farmer while you shop! So please stop by the Acworth Village Store to stock up on our rainbow dozens! We always appreciate it when our cartons are returned, as reusing them helps us keep the price down.

If you previously purchased directly from the farm, please know we are no longer stocking the barn fridge- sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for your patronage. 😊

Our Cream Legbars are from the Greenfire Farms line and lay a beautiful light blue/seafoam egg! The birds have great temperaments and each has the cutest little p**f on the top of their head.
