Ranch Camp begins in almost 2 weeks! Children will be fascinated with the story of Joseph (Old Testament). Day 4 of chapel features Joseph in charge of Egypt. His brothers who had sold him into slavery arrived from the land of Canaan to purchase grain. Fearing for their lives, Joseph surprises them when he forgives them. He told them: "...don’t be angry with yourselves for selling me to this place. It was God who sent me here ahead of you to preserve your lives." Genesis 45:5 Joseph is perhaps the most beautiful picture of Jesus in the OT. He willingly forgives even though we are so undeserving!

Only 3 weeks till Ranch Camp starts. Day 3 deals with Joseph's rise in power in Egypt. Pharaoh's dream of 7 fat cows and 7 skinny cows point to 7 good years and 7 years of famine. Joseph had a plan and worked hard to prepare for the famine! We'll share what the Bible says about well thought out plans, hard work and yes, even laziness! Ranch Camp begins in less than one month! We'll teach 700+ children the story of Joseph from the Old Testament. WHAT A STORY! Day 2: "The Dungeon"....Joseph sold into slavery, falsely accused, and thrown into a dungeon. Tough times happen...to everyone.
