Getting prepped for the big rib cook Saturday. Fires will be lit around 5am Breakfast starts around 7 and ribs should come off around 1 or 2.
Breakfast on the new Discada is biscuits, bacon, sausage, polish sausage, hash browns, eggs and gravy. Come by for that or lunch if you get hungry.
