In today’s agricultural society, we often discuss whether we Can and seldom do we ask whether we Should. While the industry objective is to grow the fatter, bigger, cheaper, faster, it comes with a shrouded cost. We are seeing unprecedented rates of human illness, environmental calamities, and economic hardship. And to make things further more convoluted, government agencies and pharmaceutical com
panies pursue making profits on producing and patenting treatments rather than humanely identifying, and educating on the source of these ailments. Instead of asking how much cheaper can we grow cattle by feeding them dead cows, we ask how much nutrient density can we achieve by diversifying our pasture vegetation? Instead of asking how much antibiotic to mix in the feed and water, we ask which multi specie combinations are most effective at diverting pathogens from ever becoming a problem? Coming from multigenerational family farms, we have the upmost respect for our fellow American Farmers. But the truth of the matter is we have all been sold a lie. The educational institutions we trusted have been corrupted through the infinite funds they receive from pharmaceutical conglomerates, the governing agencies set in place in the name of human safety are now profiting off our illnesses, and we have been manipulated into becoming price takers instead of price makers. Family farms are failing at an alarming rate and factory corporate farms are dominating. But we have chosen to be Steadfast. We will not follow the industry objective. We choose quality over quantity, we choose freedom over regulations, and we choose local-markets over supermarkets. Ultimately the fate of the industry will be decided by your conviction to educate and heal yourself. You vote 3 times every day. Heal the world one bite at a time. Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.
